The Chanel ads are spectacular. The images are very reminiscent of the 30's and photographers like Edward Weston, Munckasi, or George Hoynigen-Heune. Freja Beja Erichsen and Heidi Mount were photographed by Karl Lagerfeld on his Vermont farm, and the quality of the image suggests that they were shot using film. Karl has more than made up for a lackluster collection.
